MS patient makes major gift
A patient herself, Lynn DeGirolamo wanted to help others like her who have MS. She and her husband, Randy Kraus donated $50,000 for MS Research and clinical care.
Lynne is taking MS medication but also copes by remaining as active as possible. She and her dog, Archie, are often seen walking the bridges in Saskatoon.
The gift came after they moved to Saskatoon and learned about the Cameco MS Neuroscience Research Centre and MS Clinic, both housed in Saskatoon City Hospital. “I see the struggle that some have with MS,” Lynn says. “We wanted money to get into the hands of the right people.”
The Foundation thanks Lynn and Randy for their generous donation.
