Black Tie Bingo is a ticketless event. Greeters in the Sheraton’s Conference Foyer will welcome guests and provide your table number and location.
Included with your purchase are drinks (cocktails and wine, excluding specialty wine, which is available for purchase), a multi-course meal and one booklet to play all six bingo games vying for fabulous prizes.
- Ticket and table purchasers are eligible for a partial charitable receipt. A thank you letter, with charitable receipt, will be mailed post event to the ticket buyer.
- Sponsors will also receive formal thank you letter post event disclosing funds raised
- Tips from the coat check are retained by the volunteer group working the booth
6:00pm:
Welcome reception and cocktail hour
Silent Auction will be on display for bidding until approx. 10:00pm
7:00pm:
Multi-course dinner with wine available at your table (specialty wines available for purchase)
Following dinner:
- 6 Bingo Games (additional 6-sheet-bingo-booklets, one page for each of the six games, are available for purchase at $40/each)
- Live Auctions
- Heads or Tails game for another great prize (bring $20 bills to participate)
- Silent Auction wrap-up
10:30 – 11:00pm:
The evening usually wraps-up by this time
